"Winter Sports" at CityScape

In celebration of the winter of 2010, The North Vancouver Community Arts Council presents two exhibitions that feature energetic and captivating art pieces in many disciplines and styles depicting Winter Sports.

Canada is recognized internationally for its winter sports both for singular and team achievements. Share this experience in present form and celebrate a great part of Canadian history. Admire the artwork of 45 local talented artists who have captured the Canadian Spirit. Among these artists are 30 highly accomplished senior secondary art students from Saint Thomas Aquinas High School.

The festive atmosphere at CityScape will be enhanced with scores of snowflakes hanging from the ceiling in the gallery entrance. Snowflake created by Queen Mary Elementary School students.
